Oops! I am not quite sure how that last entry became published, and now I cannot seem to figure out how to remove it.  I suppose I will have to have little Danny show me how when he visits next Sunday.  If that type of action is even possible on a computer, then certainly little Danny would know how to perform it...He is so smart when it comes to computer machines!  Also, I am just so proud of him for making honor roll last semester!

He is the one who suggested I create a blog to keep in touch with my friends after my late husband passed  away just over one year ago (God bless his soul).  My son Peter bought me this brand new Dell computer about six months ago so we could keep in touch via E-Mailing.  I was hesitant at first, the world is changing so rapidly and I think letters are still a perfectly good way to communicate, but Peter urged me to use the computer.  Eventually I began to get the hang of E-Mailing and found it to be a great way to stay in touch.  If you do not currently E-Mail, I suggest you do!

Anyhow Danny set up this blog for me, and I will publishing regularly to keep my readers up to date with the latest family news, my current gardening projects, and gossip while I try to improve my computer skills.  I understand the 'typing' yet I still have trouble with the World Wide Web and using the Mouse.

So lets see... I click the orange 'publish' button and cross my fingers.

Until next time,
Bea

  1. Bea,

I must admire your spunk and drive to get onto the wonderful world of the Internet. It is exciting and exhilarating, but I must warn you it is the single most dangerous thing that any human being could ever do.

You must make sure that you trust Danny with every ounce of your being. If not, I would be mindful about him musing his way through your bank accounts and personal information. You know, Hitler was somebody's grandson. All terrible people are grandchildren.

    All the best,

    Your P.A.L.
